Prime Day
The only way we have access to affordable, quality, and necessary, pet products is through our Amazon Wish List. As you can imagine, purchasing items on island that have a hefty shipping fee due to their weight such as dog and cat food is extremely expensive and we typically do not have access to any quality options. A fed dog is the best dog but when we are working with extremely sick animals, it is crucial that we can provide them with healthy options to help them heal faster and stay healthy.
Today, Friday the 26, is the last day of Amazon Prime deals so don’t forget to throw something in your cart to help save the Boonies too! All you have to do is visit our Amazon Wish List, select which items you would like to purchase, and proceed normally with your order. All items purchased from our wish list ship directly to Saipan and are currently on sale! We solely rely on your donations for these items to ensure that our Boonies have everything they need. Thank you for your generosity and support.

Although we may have a lot of kitties to take care of now, we can’t forget about Wayne The Cat Man! Help make Wayne’s wishes come true by clicking HERE to shop his wishlist too! All items purchased from ‘Wayne’s Wishes’ ship directly to his P.O. Box on Saipan.

This Week on Saipan
This week on Saipan, Aria has been extremely busy working with Saipan Humane and the visiting vet, Dr. Kocher, to get as many spay and neuter surgeries done as possible as well as provide basic clinic and other life saving care to Boonies in need. Having a vet on island for us is the equivalent of a five year old having Santa visit their house Christmas Eve. There is truly nothing more fulfilling in our line of working than getting to end the suffering before it begins with spay and neuter. We are a long ways away from seeing any significant change in the stray population on Saipan but every surgery is one step closer. It is always an honor to be a part of something so impactful that not only benefits animals’ lives but the lives of the humans who care for them too.
Fun Fact: We use laundry bags to secure cats! Placing a cat in a bag before brining them to the clinic makes it significantly easier and safer to handle them. The shot used to sedate them is given through the bag, they are taken out for surgery, and then gently placed back in and zipped up before they wake up.
